I was born on 5th October 2016 in England and arrived at my forever home on December 1st after being chosen from a litter of 3. My name was Potato but over Christmas lunch, with traditional sprouts on the table, a family discussion took place and after a few drinks my name had been changed to Sprout.
As soon as I arrived at my new home I was taken out for bike rides in a basket and then at 7 months old I went on my first cycle tour adventure, to Brittany in France. I have never looked back, I love every minute of it, from camping, cycling, meeting people, running alongside the bike, travel blogging, to observing the world go by as I am pedalled along.
Since then, I have cycled to so many places, and I hope to continue travelling by bicycle for the rest of my life. I have ambitions of becoming a children’s author, writing educational photo travel books and blogs, to be used in schools across the world. I want to inspire children to travel, learn about other cultures, encourage tolerance, and promote sustainable travel.
